Imagine you are a leader in a private security company. What is your ethical code? How would you go about creating an ethical code?
If I am a leader in a private company then I will have my ethical code.
Let us first define ethical code. Ethical code is set of instructions given to its employees by an organisation in order to make them understand what is right & what is wrong. In ethical code, an employee is expected to behave well & take decisions with his best reasoning power & morality, so that he or she can decide what is to be done according to organisation policies in case of dilemma or confusion. Legal understanding & ethical decision making both are different.
Here, as a leader in a security company I will have my own set of rules to fulfil my duties with complete dedication & responsibility. My code will be like, giving my services with complete honesty & alertness. I will avoid any kind of greed, bribe or benefit in the exchange of my security services. I would never like to make any mistake in security issues nor will allow my subordinates to do any such mistake. My job responsibility must be my first priority over anything. I will try to set myself as an example for other employees who are under me.
