Select the correct answer below:

 True False

Solutions

Expert Solution

False.

Microeconomics is more of a student related to behaviour of firms and individuals to take decisions on micro level regarding allocation of scarce resources , change in price and/or methods of production.

Whereas export/import is looked upon as a broader market as countries are involved in it and larger interest such as national productivity is studied where large scale economic factors are taken into account and hence export/import is generally counted in macroeconomics.
