1. How does marital satisfaction change over the course of a marriage? What factors influence marital satisfaction?
2. Define and provide examples of the 4 parenting styles (authoritative, authoritarian, permissive, neglectful).
1- Maritial satisfaction drastically changes over the course of a marriage.This is because of change in emotions, hormonal change and change in priorities. There are many reasons for change in this course of marriage. Factors that influence maritial satisfaction may be many this depends upon person to person but the most influencing factors are religios factors, sexual, communication, interpersonal, spiritual factors that influences maritial satisfaction.
2- Authoritative parenting: Authoritative parenting style which focuses on their child and closely interacts with him and in this cases parents have high expectations from their child and they closely monitors growth of their child.
Authoritarian parenting: Authoritarian parenting style is an type restricted parenting which implements restrictions on their childrens and doesn't interact more with their children at last they fullfill their children needs but they can't able to provide emotional support to their child.
Permissive parenting: This type of parenting doesn't restrict their child for their activities and work. They allow them and they are like a close friend to their child then as a parent. But due to this parenting style child lacks in discipline and have behavior problems.
Neglectful parenting: In this type of parenting parents doesn't give any focus to their child needs they give no support to them and their is no interaction between them. In this parenting parents have no expectations from their child.
