The two stages in the household life cycle which we select for the answer are:

1. Younger (<35yrs)

2. Middle aged (35-64yrs)

Both the stages are potential target audience for the products but sees different requirements in the products so we have to portray the best image image suitable for each.

The marketing strategy for the following products will be :

I. Minivan

For Younger (<35yrs), Marketing strategy should focus on the features and adventurous ride offered by the Minivan. Comfort can be neglected but sporting features should be highlighted.

Middle aged (35-64yrs), Marketing strategy should focus on portraying the Minivan as the family car and a comfort car. Sports features can be neglected for this group but comfort and economic ride should be highlighted.

II. Razors

Younger, Marketing strategy should focus on cost, attractive design, features like ease of use and long lasting blade, and benefits to the skin.

Middle aged, marketing strategy should focus on the cost effectiveness, and how it is distinct from other razor of the same price range. Should also focus on skin benefits for aged men.

III. Broadway show.

Young, the marketing strategy should portray Broadway show as a genre which appeal to young people like thriller and comedy and should also portray as a place where young people can bring their partners for a date and should focus on cost and good ambience.

Middle aged men, marketing strategy should portray the Broadway as the a family place where middle aged men can bring their children and wives. Should focus on family and children related genres, cost effectiveness and child friendly ambience.

IV. Casino

Young, the marketing strategy should focus on fun and thrill that a casino brings and should portray as holiday destination where they can try their luck with deal to attract them.

Middle aged men, marketing strategy should portray casino as holiday destination for a couple, where they can enjoy and drink without the fear of losing money.
