Expert Solution

Q3.The inflammation of the corneairis and the ciliary body causes the dilatation of the anterior ciliary vessels whichh causes the corneal injection.

anterior ciliary arteries

  • these are 7 small arteries that originate from the muscular arteries.
  • They supply the conjunctiva, sclera and also the recti musclses.
  • after originating they pass along with the tendons of the rectus muscles
  • They forms a circumcorneal subconjunctival vascular zone
  • Forms the greater arterial circle of iris -ciculus ateriosus major

Q4.

Both the sphicter and dilator papiilary muscles help in controlling the amount of light entering the eye.

  • The sphincter pupillae receives parasympathetic innervation from short ciliary nerves ( the postganglionic fibers of ciliary ganglion ) which are the branches of oculomotor nerve (CN III)
  • The dilator muscle is innervated by postganglionic sympathetic nerves arising from the superior cervical ganglion as the sympathetic root of ciliary ganglion.

In the R programming language, we would like to use the data set called iris to build a simple linear regression model to predict Sepal.Length based on Petal.Length. Calculate the least squares regression line to predict Sepal.Length based on Petal.Length. Interpret the slope of the line in the context of the problem. Remember that both variables are measured in centimeters. Plot the regression line in a scatterplot of Sepal.Length vs. Petal.Length. Test H1: ??1 ≠ 0 at ?? = 0.05...

Create a project called rise. Add a class called GCD. Complete a program that reads in a numerator (as an int) and a denominator (again, as an int), computes and outputs the GCD, and then outputs the fraction in lowest terms. Write your program so that your output looks as close to the following sample output as possible. In this sample, the user entered 42 and 56, shown in green. Enter the numerator: 42 Enter the denominator: 56 The GCD...
