what is a rongeur ?
Tinea pedis : This is also known as athlete's foot. It is a fungal infection that would generally begin between the toes. This is characterised by scaly rash causes , which cause itching and burning . This might happen when people have moist and raw skin between their toes. There might be burning or stinging sensations and people might experience rashes , peeling , dryness or fissures. The causative organisms are Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, and Microsporum.
Ronguer- A medical instrument having sharp edge , scoop shaped tip which is used to gouge out bone . Is used to open a window in bone , generally in the skull. Also used in dental practice to remove bony fragments or soft tissue in the oral maxillofacial surgery. It is used in podiatric surgery, neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery.
Factor VIII- This is also known as the anti - hemophilic factor , and is one of the essential blood clotting proteins. This is encoded by gene F8. This is produced in liver sinusoidal and endothelial cells out of the body. Defects in the gene results in hemophilia A. This factor is activated in response to injury which after activation interacts with factor IX and with some other sets of reactions results in a blood clot.
