· The collaboration of the retailer with the banking apps and third-party apps to make the buying of the consumers possible online like the third part payment apps like GooglePay, Paytm.

Strength of the technology:

· The collaborative technology makes the strength such that it can act as the message storage box and also act as a communication tool for the users,

· This keeps the details of the users and the preference which can give the clients the needed support to buy a product of their choice.

Weaknesses:

· The weakness is the consumer is keeping the people associated to keep the information of their buying along with the location and bank details which can be unprotected from the business side and is open to various leaks.
