· The internet forums which acts both as a chat service and a storage space which contains the message for the users like WeChat.   

· The Apps of the mobile that keep the track of the location and the user to deliver the product to the users using the message and location like the Aamazon,

· The collaboration of the retailer with the banking apps and third-party apps to make the buying of the consumers possible online like the third part payment apps like GooglePay, Paytm.

Strength of the technology:

· The collaborative technology makes the strength such that it can act as the message storage box and also act as a communication tool for the users,

· This keeps the details of the users and the preference which can give the clients the needed support to buy a product of their choice.

Weaknesses:

· The weakness is the consumer is keeping the people associated to keep the information of their buying along with the location and bank details which can be unprotected from the business side and is open to various leaks.

· The details of the people or consumers can be used by others for malicious intents and can be used to create unnecessary trouble for the users.
