Mary ordered a total of 100 sets of holiday ornaments that were to be hand made from glass, with each set containing a total of 5 ornaments. The total cost to Mary was $600, plus the cost of freight. Because Mary was trying to get ready for the holiday sales season, the shipment had to be delivered by 11/15. Her supplier delivered holiday ornaments on 11/12. On inspection, Mary realized that the shipment included 90 sets of 5 handmade glass ornaments, and 10 sets that were plastic. Of the 90, three of the sets were damaged, where at least one of the ornaments was broken.

Using the UCC § 2-601, discuss (a) Mary's options as to the contract, (b) what her remedies are if she accepts the goods or rejects them and (c) what you think is her best course of action and why.

It is very helpful to consumers.Or she can complaint it at the district, state, or national levels depending on claim value.

I think it is better to reject the goods to the company and sue the compensation.
