1. Before going for training find the reason to join training.

2. Try to interact with your manager and make good relationship with him.

3. Always be in contact with your colleagues and tell them about leave you will take in advance. So that they can help you even if you are not in training for some time.

4. Always try to complete all your work on or before time, so that you will be focused in training.

5. Try to be attentive while training, participate in the training actively and try to ask question and always enjoy the training.

6. After the training is done , practice it regularly and be in contact with your colleagues and manager.
