Expert Solution

There are many values considered in business; I choose two from all of them as accountability and innovation. Companies values are the standards that guide the way to do business.

To compromise these values, we need to focus on another value that considered different for organizations. The benefits of an organization set the goal and objectives to establish a proper business and management.

For a compromise, an organization may focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust, and integrity. These values define goals another for business success.

As a leader's perspective to manage and innovation in an organization.

For accountability, the leader needs to agree on expectations of forecasting and employee accountability, establish a measurement and feedback loop to get analysis of liability, support the independent action of every employee, set the practical example by being accountable for effective follow up of the organization.

For innovation, the leader should be exemplary, expose, and support the innovation processes, facilitate the process, build bridges, and that the barriers focus on customer needs, build the innovation portfolio.
