The article speaks about the recent development made by the US government for their restriction on several types of visa applicants. These restrictions are hugely impacting the workers from other countries such as India, China who worked in the US for many technological companies. HEnce, because of these developments in the visa regulations, there will be lower brain drain from aisan countries to the US. This means that the cheap labor andcapabality which US got from the asian countries will now be reduced to a great extent. Not only this, it will also mean stronger competition from other players across countries in the domain of AI because of the restrictions from US for visa, and US being a central hub for technological startups, the development of AI will be severely impacted because of such decentralisation in labor responsible for developing AI.

Hence, because of the reasons stated above the dominance of the US can be in danger because of the visa restrictions.
