Online ticketing is convenient, simple and seamless however it does face glitches like connectivity issues, price mismatch, technical errors, absence of quality user interface, substandard customer support and experience, payment failures due to low coordination with payments gateway.
To improve, airlines need to adopt data analytics to identify areas lf improvement using Artificial intelligence and Machine learning which helps in tracking errors, predictive maintenance, server load balance, fraud management and customer segmentation as some use cases and thus thereby improving overall customer journey experience and building customer focused brand.
