As mention in the given question, I am a person who agrees with this disciplinary action related to employment termination. So I need to maintain discipline and committed to my work to avoid that kind of situation. Disciplinary action means a warning which may be oral or written, I know this is quite common in every organization, but a good employee I am always try to avoid that situation and never want to face that. I know my company and my superiors have different responsibilities. I never want to become a headache to them. I always listen and follow the instructions of my seniors and try to instruct my juniors in smooth way.

In my opinion, company having try to terminate employees who not working properly and I strongly believe that if company getting profits, it will definitely useful or benefit to all employees and at the same time, if company is not able to get profits, if will affect on employees. To get profits, every person has to do his duty properly, when people not doing their work properly, we can see disciplinary action situation and we can also say that, if company is not ready to continue the business, then we can get some notice from management, we should accept that and try to change the organization as soon as possible, that is the different case.

But as employee we always try to avoid the disciplinary action and try to work properly. then only we can secure the support of management.
