Three different methods with respective to advanced imaging methods which are used to obtain greater resolution by mitigating out of focus light scattering are as follows -
Analysis of Microbiology(pathology) by advanced imaging methods, information encompasses of high resolution of digital imaging as well as related applications,Which is also known as Optical biopsies with higher resolution.Microscopy is consider as important way of diagnostic of pathology as it provides biomedical information which can be used by scientist and further R&D can be done.
THree such methods are
Phase contrast microscopy - Advanced imaging is
provided by differences in refractive index which are used to
provide contrast in the unstained microscopic specimens which can
be visualized. Light passing through transparent specimen with
small phase shifts gets converted intp contrast images as well as
in amplitude in the images which provides higher resolution used
for observing high living cells in natural or unstained
environment.
Fluorescence microscopy (wide field) - In
fluorescence microscopy , it uses the fluorescences rather
transmitted or reflected light for high contrast and higher
resolution images. It is use useful for obtaining different and
chossing fluorophores as well as the ability to visualiz multiple
fluorophores side by side.
Optical coherence tomography(OCT) and
MIcroscopy(OCM) - OCT and OCM provide micron scale images
which are based in low coherence interferometry for acheiving high
resolution imaging which can be used to observe living tissues in
natural as well as unstained state with high 3D volume of images to
high speed imaing via in vivo.
