Mindfulness meditation is different from meditation. Although mindfulness meditation and meditation are taken as the same thing, it is not the same things these are two different ways of meditations. Meditations want one to be blank and not to focus on anything just concentrate on the breath. Mindfulness meditation wants one to live in the present. The mindfulness meditation takes one to the meditational stage. Mindfulness itself tells us that our mind is full of thoughts of the past, present, and future. Let the thoughts come and go we have to concentrate on the present.
If a person is doing mindfulness meditation he /she can choose a peaceful place and sit erect concentrating on the thoughts, let the thoughts enter the mind, and go be non-judgmental and pay attention in the present moment.
