To open a branch of a bank, it must meet the criteria of the country's bank act.. Before the establishment of a subsidiary in distant city of the banking and the local regions, banking and credit fields, it must obtain national banking permission. To resolve the difficulties, the bank shall, where appropriate for a sound taxation policy, appoint eligible persons from both domestic and foreign sources to the banking & auditor of the audit branches. Promoting the banking industry and improving it.
