Subject: histology: The processes involved in production of mature sperm and ovum, as regards to the histological structure, with the role of different hormones?
criteria this question it has Answer: 1-Strong introduction, 2-conclusion,3-clinical application4-,photographs, and 5-less than five references.
The process involved in production of mature sperm and ovum is collectively called gameteogenesis formation of gametes and their other structures which change into mature form sperm and ovum in the process of gametogenesis gametes under go differentiation haploid cells under do to form diploid cells by the division of meotic when we talk about different process like spermatogenesis and oogensis
Spermatogenesis is the formation of sperm in semniferrous tubules which present in testis in this process formation of primary spermatocyte change into secondary spermatocyte with help of mitotic division then further secondary spermatocyte change into 4 different cells with help of meotic division then these 4 cells collectively change into mature sperm there is three phase in process first is growth phase second is multiplying phase and last is maturation phase
Same as in oogenesis formation of ova or ovum in ovary is called oogenesis in process of oogenesis there is formation of two polar body and all process is same primary oocyte which change into secondary oocyte after that formation of one polar body which is unequal and there is phase of oogenesis meiosis 2 phase is arresting that's why unqual polar body is formed
Hormones like FSH testosterone LH hormone were secreted from pituitary gland and target on sertoli cells FSH is responsible for the maturation and production of ABP by sertoli cells
LH acts on endocrine or hormone producing cells which secrete sex hormones like testosterone in Male and estrogen in female
Conclusion is that gametogenesis either spermatogenesis and oogenesis both are necessary for the formation of sperm and ova because these are the natural processes which further make change in system of human body and make more adaptable as we know spermatogenesis is when started and continues it will work and doesn't stop on other side oogenesis will stop at the age 45 to 50 then there is change in overall things like weight etc so these are the natural processes spermatogenesis begins at the age 12 14 and oogenesis begins at the age 16 17 and cessation at age of 45 to 50 years
Clinical applications are vary from person to person about 7% Male infertility affects the population mostly infertile man are azospermic and unable to produce sperm and other related problems also arrise not infertile man are unable to produce sperm such other problem also occur shape of sperm also one reason of infertility oligospermia
