1 = x1 / n1 = 0.3
n2 =200
x2 = 40
2 = x2 / n2 = 0.2

c = 0.90
= 1- c = 1- 0.90 = 0.10
/2 = 0.10 2 = 0.05 and 1- /2 = 0.950
