8. Please graph a “Z” distribution along with two “T” distributions. Provide the degrees of freedom for each of the two “T” distributions. Hint: Too many “dfs” would make the “Ts” become “Z”.
Above is the most accurate graph of standard normal (Z) distribution along with 4 T distribution. Dofs are 2-1= 1,
3-1=2, 6-1=5 , 30-1=29.
This figure shows Z distribution with 2 T distribution. Dofs are 5-1 =4 and 17-1 =16
Generally degree of freedom above 30 is considered as a threshold value. If DOF is more than 30 then It is very apprximated by normal distribution.
