Imagine that you are the coach of a 7-8 year old soccer team. Since you desire to stay in shape you run up and down the field with the players at every practice. On real hot days you make sure that you end practice when you start feeling the effects of running around in the heat. Explain in detail why (or why not) this is a good policy to prevent your team from experiencing heat illness.

Sunlight exposure is good for maintaing a stable lifestyle in health perspective .

But too much hot can stress your body mind and your presence of mind.

It is the body's response to excess loss of water and sodium due to immense sweating .

2.Heat stroke

It is the most serious heat related illness and can be life threatening .

It causes the body to raise its temperature to about 106 degree Fahrenheit and this can even lead to disability or even death .

3.Sunburn

It is the most common ill effect of heat .

UV rays is the cause of sunburn .Severe burns may involve blisters and intense pain .

4. Heat rash

It occurs when the sweat perspiration traps under the skin folds or crease of elbows .

5. Skin cancer

Sun damage to the skin develops over the year and thelong term exposure intensify the probability.

So its better to avoid practice during a hot weather but you can practice in hot weather provided they are given supplements to prevent the damage of sunlight exposure .

Drinking lots of water will keep you hydrated and this should be a motto to thrive in practices .
