What are some new things concerning training implementation that we can do now that we could not do before?” What do you think are the most promising new developments in HRD delivery or implementation? Why?
There are the new things or tools
that can be used now and not before regarding the training
implementation program. The first tool is extensive use of
information and communication technology that brings audio visual
system together that improve the effectiveness of the training
delivery program. The second tool is the feedback and decision
support system. It is a scientific way to understand the feedback
and other performance related data, and suggest the different ways
that can be used to improve the training program. It brings good
use of the data to improve the training program. The third tool is
the simulation technique. It gives virtual and real time experience
to the trainees and they think that they are getting trained in a
real scenario. It brings a higher degree of success in achieving
the objectives of the training.
The most promising development in HRD delivery is the use of
technology in HRD delivery, scientific ways to feedback and
performance analysis and make necessary interventions in the future
course of HRD delivery. These are the important developments,
because it improves the effectiveness of the HRD delivery and the
individuals are getting readied in better ways to take up the
challenges. As a result, a next line of promising leaders and
managers are prepared that can lead the organization to the next
level.
