Describe three traits about themselves that potential entrepreneurs should consider when starting a new business?
The traits of an entrepreneur suggest their ability to sustain and grow with the time to get the establishment is as follows:
Ability: The entrepreneur has to be capable of generating new ideas or solutions as needed or may be adopted by the market once its made or launched. The ability to innovate and understand the market and its needs with the aspects of what and how the needs can be fulfilled is to be known. This is an ability that addresses the stability of the entrepreneur.
Persistence: The entrepreneur who has an idea should stick to it since they believe it has a potential that is yet to be uncovered. This persistence to get the business reach people or gather the resources to apply the innovation is the right way as the deemed fit is the persistence which has to fight many challenged to get the needed place in the business place and capabilities.
Hard Work: This aspect has no substitute. Since the innovation is new or the entrepreneur wishes to make it in a certain way based on an idea so the work that has to go in are plentiful for the entrepreneur to achieve success. Every aspect may need testing or some problem solving apart from supervision and doing the needed part for the business is a good deal of work for the entrepreneur for the needed success.
