1) Functions of PFCU are that it provides assistance in the form of hydraulic and electric power for plane when it is flying at high speeds , and allows to move with ease even when aerodynamic forces are acting on the plane.
It is the base of flying mechanism of the plane which allows it to fly. Its advantages are that it can allow aircraft to move at better speeds and helps the pilot in maneuvering the plane.

2) In this system manual controls are replaced with electronic interface. Here wires are used to transmit electronic signals which control the movement of the flight. The computers attached to this system control he actuator flight movement. It can recognize the pilots input and convert it into electrical signals for efficient flight control. Also it can automatically send signals to stabilize the plane in case of unstable conditions.
