What happens to the human gene pool when persons die? Does it increase or decrease compared to the gene pool of other organisms who suffer extinction and are endangered?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Humans, like remaining other organisms are belonging to a species, called Homo sapiens.

Gene pool refers to the whole types and variety of genes responsible for various characters of humans, which are present in the nuclei of the cells of every human being with little variations from each other.

The death of some persons refer to the loss of the genes of only the genes of those individuals but not of the entire human species. As long the species of the human survive in this nature, the gene pool of the human also doesn't perish or not increase not decrease.. only mild variations will keep taking place in the gene pool of the individuals.
