If the person wants to lose weight they need to focus on diet as well as exercise. As per exercise warm up, aerobic exercise are good for weight loss, high intensity exercise and cool down for 1 hour duration of exercise. The person should boot their metabolism by eating rich foods like fruits, veggies, protein in egg, cereals,less amount of carbohydrate avoid junk foods and oil foods.

If the person wants to increase the weight they need to focus on diet by eating protein rich foods like eggs, peanuts lot of nuts, carbohydrate ,eat 3-5 times a day, start eating dairy products. Exercise plan start doing strength training exercise which increases the muscle mass along with warm up and cool down duration of 1 hour.

Maintaining a balanced weight and diet is what I prefer to do .one should have a proper BMI maintaining a healthy weight and diet is important than losing a weight or gaining a weight. Proper weight makes a healthy person.
