A) The SaaS vendors make money by limiting the development to a single platform, instead of having to create versions for different operating systems and have a lower distribution costs

However, the problems that can occur are if a firm’s link to the Internet is not proper or goes down, its link to its SaaS vendor also goes downThus , relying on an Internet connection which also means that data is transferred to and from a SaaS firm at Internet speeds,rather than the firms neural network.
