Empathy is the ability to recognize emotions of others and to understand other people's perspectives on a situation.
Empathy promotes better communication Because empathy is being able to take the perspective of other persons. They put other’s emotions and feelings in their own shoes. It is very ideal for a better communication.
Empathy helps nurses to build a trusting relationship with their patients. They give comprehensive care by focusing on the patient's point of view. It improves the therapeutic communication and helps the patients to relieve their stress. There by the nurses are called heart of a hospital. Because no one can replace their position.
