Hemorrhagic CVA is cerebrovascular accident which is
the functional or may be the structural abnormality of
the brain that is mainly caused by pathological condition of the
cerebral vessels of the entire cerebrovascular system in the body
.
Hemorrhagic CVA is mainly caused by aneurysm, hypertension,
arteriovenous AV) malformations, or may be another bleeding
disorders are the main reasons.
There are some nursuing diagnosis for patient with hemorrhagic
cerebrovascular accident are :
- The patients behaviour and health change .
- The patient's drug and its use with its prescription and the
over counter medications are used considered as the diagnosis . The
unapproved medications are also used as diagnosis .
- The patient medical history along with the patients present
condition with all the history of stokes and attacks conditions are
also usedfull for the nurse diagnosis if the patient is with in the
deep coma .
- Ineffective Cerebral Tissue Perfusion - In this process the
patient gets reduction in the oxygen and it will affect as a result
in faliure to provide the nourishment tissue at the capillary level
.
- Impaired Verbal Communication- This is the process in which the
person loose its ability to get the symbols , by non verbal
communication without the use of words in coomunication .
- Disturbed Sensory Perception - It is the process of diagnosis ,
in which the amount of the response in the stimulus response is
exaggerated associated with the patient health .
- Risk for Impaired Swallowing- It is the condition in which the
efforts and time are excessively used to the movement of food in
the body .
- Ineffective Coping - Its the inability to acess the stressors
and use the available the nearby or present resources to cop up
with that stress .
All above are the diagnosis which is diagnosed by nurse in the
patient with hemorrhagic CVA who is in deep coma .
