Meanwhile, Mrs. Sharma, who was still shopping came back and joined

that he had selected a nice black shirt for himself. She pointed

Subject: Misunderstanding with customer
Date: July 15, 2020
Dear sir,
I received an email regarding a complaint a customer had filed due to a misunderstanding about the price. I would like to clarify to the management of the raised issue in detail. On July 2, 2020, the customer had selected an item and had asked for its price. I told him the discounted price which was Rs 950. His wife joined him a few moments later and stated that there was a discount on the chosen item. I nodded my head in agreement as I believed the gentleman had understood it well that I had stated the discounted price.
He went on to select another item from the same collection and I checked out their purchases and gave him his bill. He had checked the prices of the items purchased then but he hadn't complained or raised any issue regarding any difference in the price.
Therefore, I solely believe hat the customer had purchased the item and went home knowing its full price. I hope this helps in clearing the issue with the customer.
Regards,
Peter Hart.
