Incentives could be awarded to the workers based on following
basis-
- Productivity ratio-
If the workers show productivity ratio of above 100%, then they
could be awarded incentives.
- Constant growth-
If the workers shoe improvement and growth in productivity, then
they could be awarded incentives.
- Cost saving techniques-
If the workers are able to save costs for the organization, then
they may be awarded with incentives in order to motivate them
further to save costs.
- Experience-
When workers are became highly experience and skillful, then they
may be awarded additiional incentives than normal workers.
- Overtime-
The workers may be compensated for extra time they spend on work
beyond the normal working hours.
