etc) that discusses the use of benchmarking by a health care

As per the article that which I found in New York Times newspaper that currently benchmarking in healthcare organizations was used to increase the safety for patients, efficiency, quality of treatment and patient safety. Benchmarking is mainly used to describe rules and regulations so that people can be judged easily. In this process every employee will have individual goals that which lead to reach the organizational goals. In that article it clearly mentioned that there are two types benchmarking in healthcare they are internal and competitive. It was also mentioned that many of the industries was not using the benchmarking process for their success.
Benchmarking strengthens the quality standards of the healthcare organizations. Every stakeholder in the healthcare will be benefited by using the benchmarking so that every stakeholder gets quality and safety projects advancements.
According to the article there are some advantages of using benchmarking process in healthcare organizations. It helps to implements more creative ideas, increases the competitive attitude between organizations, improves all the healthcare activities and identify some of the important activities which give success to the organization.
