Harm reduction is the process of reducing harm and ill effect that occur due to the consumption of drugs . The main goal of this process is to reduce the harm.

As of my view had reducion process will not make it easier for people to take drugs because

  1. Through this process we will help the addicted clients show that we health care workers and the society cares for them. The main reason for many people using drug is because they think that they have no one in this world . So when we prove that they have someone they will start to reduce drug intake
  2. When they understand the bad effect of drug on health they will start reducing the intake
  3. I'm harm reduction process we encourage positive change in life which will make great difference in their life
  4. Avoiding legal problem will make them a sociable human being
  5. In harm reduction process alternative for drug will be provided, like instead of smoking nicotinic patch wil be provided which will help in avoid the smoking habit
  6. Without judgement care is given which will help in understanding drug users problem and why they are taking drug

Harm reduction never encouraged people to use drugs but instead it only helps people to get alternative and reducion of social and health problems that a drug addict will face
