Servant leadership :

In this book author explained about the principals of leadership which is to followed. Now a days the leadership is just to give orders and pressurise your team members to complete its target any how what ever is the reason or situation they don't even care about the conditions of the worker he or she is suffering from.

I want to give example of a sales officer in a private sector bank not only the sales officer even the front desk officers and operations manager.The leaders or the manager of the branch in the morning meeting he assigns the target to open 2 accounts, one life insurance policy of two lakh cheque value, one homeloan file and many more products he don't even think how these targets can be completed on the same day he just ordered and regularly giving pressure to the sales officer to complete it any how. The environment of the branch get spoiled by the leader in the morning meeting itself how the target will get completed instead of giving pressure to sales officer he must have motivated him guided him by his own experience which would have worked and helpful in the completion of target.

The leaders main objective is to focus on the needs of his employees or staff members but no he focused on the wants what he wants to do anyhow to complete his sales targets.

The managers and leaders are different as the manager are get trained about the task which he has to perform and how it has to be performed but leadership qualities comes from experience and abilities of leadership.

Most of the parents now days are just like that only they always impose tasks and duties on children to perform any work always shouts on them do not do this or that instead they must explain the reasons behind that and resolution how to be done.

The same applies on our political leaders they focus on the wants of the people they want this or that but never focus on the needs of the people when these leaders starts focusing on the needs and requirements of the nation then on that day onwards our nation will get changed.

In conclusion I just want to say that the leaders must serve their subordinates instead of giving of imposing orders. When these leaders start serving the people and their team members then the working conditions will get improved.
