EXPLANATION:
Without proper management, any organization can not function. Management includes four main roles and is planned, coordinated, managed and supervised. The complex and continuously evolving world in which every organization functions. Each function has its own management value and each role is interlinked. Yet an organisation can't function or take place in a competitive world without having a shared goal. Planing therefore supports the creation of a specific goal and sets out some particular elements and tasks to be carried out.
My main task is to prepare, and that is why I want to prepare. First of all, what is planning we need to know? At all levels of management, planning is the most critical and essential feature. Planning helps-what to do in advance? Why would I do that? What about when? The void between what, how, and when will be filled. Planing is a structured way of thinking and resources which helps to guide workers or work towards a simple and precise purpose in order to accomplish such tasks. It thus gives the organisation's reason. The management is also efficient and effective by planning.
As we know, in many respects all functions are interconnected. Every function is incomplete and it is interdependent without another function. Take an example of a bakery shop run by Mrs. William. As the sales of her bakery shop have recently increased, she wants to add more chairs and tables for her clients. She has also planed how many tables and chairs she needs to set up. Despite this, her preparations for buying tables and chairs must be fulfilled. So, according to plans she organizes the work.
Things are now structured in order to bring into action theoretical research that brings things into reality. Mrs. William now needs someone to carry out this job in company, so she hires staff for table and chair installation. Mrs. William has to make sure that all employees work correctly or not during the construction of tables and chairs. Since the works can not be finished on schedule without monitoring them. Therefore, she needs to control workers for the effective results. As we can see, all the functions communicate.
For other management functions, planing is different and essential, as it promotes communication between employees. All tasks are transparent and precise, which eliminates job duplication. Planning also boosts employee productivity, as it provides the company with a safe, organized atmosphere because workers know what is to be done beforehand. Planning is also an imaginative home, as planning deals with multiple methods and plans that help workers show their creative and innovative skills.
