There are seven ethical principles in totality that are part of behavior individually concerning the privacy issue, accountability made, the openness of facts, security check, access to key personnel, legitimate done, infringement, and trusting the alternatives which would be least intrusive.
The ethical theory involves all the governing rules and things that are to be followed substantially and among them, the factor leading to adverse situations is chosen.
The ethical consideration a person working as the agent in real estate should possess: -
a. Accountable to the work performed: - The authentication or source of information procured used while framing the decisions. It should be reliable and not be based on judgment.
b. Confidentiality: - It is concerned with securing the private details of the client if any procured for entering the transaction and was required by the governing laws and framed regulations.
c. Openness to the culture: -A person should provide an opportunity to everyone and work honestly with its peers there should be good coordination in the team which helps the company in achieving its target.
d. Privacy Issue: - The primary decision is taken or the policies used in the business should not be hidden from the actual owners deeming it as the privacy ethics.
The ethical theory involves all the governing rules and things that are to be followed substantially and among them, the factor leading to adverse situations is chosen.
For example, using the accounting practices which are questionable and hiding facts and positions of financials to increase the goodwill and stock price of its share in the market should not be undertaken by any person or agent of the real estate.
It is still recommended that he should be alert to every situation rising and maintain skepticism to avoid the adverse impact and perform its work with utmost honesty and sincerity.
