Organization is the combination of people or group of people working for a goal is called organization. In this build relationship among all the workers and make them more productive towards organziational goals is called community involvement. These are the people who sacrifies their personal lifes and work for the survival and sustainability of the firm. If these people invovlement is there in community program designing, planning and execution, those plans become more successful and achievable. It the involvement of these people are there, it will be helpful to the firm as well as to the employees too. The benefits of community involvement in the stage/step are as follows:

• communicty participation helps to build networking among the workers, which build relationships among the workers and creates more brand awareness among all.
• strong communities represents strong customer loyalty and bases, which gives more and more busienss to the firm.
• by interacting these communities with the customers directly, they knows what exactly the customer is expecting from the firm. It helps the firm to plan their production in such way to attract more and more customers
• community involvement spreads customer accountability, most of the employees feel the responsibility and deliver their duties
• if community invovlement is there, the employee turnover will be very nominal or less. It helps the firm to reach its goals in long term accurately and more effectively.
• community promotes similar values among the employees as well as with the organization.

all these stressed the involvement of community involvement in developing or designing an action plan. Hence, the involvement of community brings and helps the firm stay together and stand together.
