Why is physical quantity is calculated using finite sums?

Why is physical quantity is calculated using finite sums?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Because,Two types of physical quantities are there

1) fundamental quantity

2) derived quantity

One of the important part of the scientific work is measuring of physical quantities   such as mass, volume, length, energy, temperature, etc. ..

In addition to these common measurements we need to measure a number of other quantities as concentration, temperature, pressure, density, amount of electrical charge

And the 7 corresponding units are:

-lenght(meter)

-mass(kilogram)

-time(second)

-luminous intensity(candela)

-amount of substance(mole)

-thermodynamics temperature(kelvin)

-electric current(ampere)
