You will be required to research a topic relevant to industrial quality control and summarize this research in a brief report and a presentation to the rest of the class. The following is a sample list of topics:

In addition to this list you are free to choose a topic on your own. You can get ideas for your topic by reviewing the bibliography at the end of your book.

IMPORTANT:

You are expected to deliver the following:

1. A brief paper clearly explaining the topic that you chose

2. Approximately 3-6 pages

3. An example of an application if possible

4. Simulating data is acceptable

5. A short presentation for a class discussion

Approximately 5-10 slides
