1. The person with blood group of A will have antibodies of B. His body produces B antibodies as to fight aganist the B blood type.

similarly, a person with B blood type will have A antibodies.

2. O negative is called universal donor because, O negative blood lacks any kind of A, B and Rh antigens on their RBC and so, we can safely transfer their blood to the others with any risk of rejections.

so, O negative person can donate blood to A, B and O of both positive and negative Rh factors.

on the other hand, O positive is not a universal donor because RBC of O positive expresses Rh antigen on their surface even though it does not express A and B antigens.

We cannot tranfuse a person who is Rh factor negative with Rh factor positive, this will cause a serious life threatining reaction. (that is a person who is Rh factor negative, cant accept Rh factor positive blood.) This is the difference why O negative is universal donor but not O positive.
