“People Who Get Something for Nothing Become Good for Nothing”: The Term is rather philosophical in nature. One can possess everything in life, starting from money to success, from image to society, but what one end of the day, strives to generally possess is ‘Happiness and satisfaction’ in life. Human Resources, in this regard, plays a very critical role. The Team has to strike a balance with the work-life and personal life balance of the employees such that the employees are satisfied with their job profiles, develop an urge to learn more and thereby remain happily connected to the Organization. This is where an Organization can successfully build a rapport with its employees and together they can strive to achieve the Organizational goals through the Organizational values, in true sense.

Hence, the above saying might be important for a human resources professional to keep in mind as they develop policies and procedures, implement discipline and incentive programs, and develop affirmative action initiatives.
