1.RBCs that have ubdergone crenation will have a change in its shape .The RBCs that have undergobe crenation will have a round appearance and look like a spike ball. The cell surface will appear to have spiny projections that extend from their center. There are two types of crenated RBCs that are found:
2.The RBCs that have undergone lysis will appear to be seen as a burst cell that will have its cytoplasmic contents released outside into the surrounding fluid.
3.In the plasmolysis of RBC,the protoplasm/cytoplasm will simply shrink to the center and there will be appearance of spiky projections and change in cell shape.
4.A molecule that is able to pass through the dialysis tubing pore size will be a small molecule while the one that fails to pass through the pore will be a larger molecule. Thus, sample molecules that will have larger size than the pores, will be retained outside of the dialysis tubinf bag while while the sample molceules that will have small size than the pores will be able to pass through the pores in the dialysis tubing bag and thus will be retained inside it.
