Solutions

Expert Solution

1. Privatization helps improve jobs or say employment faster than the government and also uses any public asset effectively and efficiently. Politicians can increase and spread their power by increasing their fortune in terms of voting, campaign contribution and privatization is their favourite thing to increase their riches. Burden would be increase in corruption as there would be least involvement of the government as per some officials.

2. Advantages would be for arguing judicial and democratic issues, knowledgeable voters are tend to vote and elect them. Disadvantage would be that sometimes Governors appoint people who have least judicial experience who are former politicians. And yes, they should have life time access as they will not be then influenced by the rule of the political party prevailing during the time and have judicial independence and if this is not happening, proper steps are taken to eliminate them but this process is not an easy one as constitution is to be amended which is not an easy one and steps are taken by the federal government to initiate process to eliminate biased judges.
