This circulation produced the field we know today as global health or global population health. After emerging of global health policies, debates arranged in different countries for discussing health issues by bodies like WHO. In 1978 more 134 countries signed a declaration to reduced overall disease burden by originating PHC. Primary health centre are must needed primary health services in each cities. It is applicable not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. Another important need in global health was developing frame work for AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis like disease which are most prominent cause of death in developing as well as in developed countries. Hence every countries agree with this declaration by WHO. These continuities are required for managing global health and most countries in the world agree to this.

  However the national governmental body always have a dominant power over applying the policies of global health. Economical growth, recent political party may affect the health policies of country. UNISEF soon addressing this problem by developing other policies of low cost intervention which is independent of particular countries control. The world bank funded this policies initially for developing countries. thus it will be international health issue and no ministry of any country have any control on health policies whether it is social, economical or political.
