1.Cost of access: The cost of accessing internet is a main factor that affect the people access to internet. The cost may include the cost of devices used to access internet like computers, the cost of using the service providers to access internet and the media costs including the telephone and cable charges. When the cost reduces more people would prefer to use internet.
2. Perception of the need for online access: People should understand the uses of internet and should perceive the need for using online services to use it often. When people are informed about the benefits of using internet for online purchases which includes more selection from a wide range of suppliers and lower cost, they would use internet more frequently.
3. Security: People are reluctant to use the online services due to the fear of losing personal details including details. The companies that provide online services should ensure necessary security for the user data and once the fear reduces more people would start using internet.
4. Ease of use: People would use internet more if it is easier to connect and have adequate speed so that the web services can be used more easily.
