To update the employees with the latest technical application the organization is required to target the potential areas at which a training might be required to uplift the standard of working in the organization. The organization generally deals with all sectors and it carries the complete information that in which area is required to more focus. Technology changes every day, a new face of technology reveals the new outcome, the organization should focus on its employee’s skills and talent. Based on the skill required in the work, the organization should plan and implement training procedure to keep familiar with the latest work demands from the clients and should meet the working standard of the organization by fulfilling all demands. The training will lead to function better in the organization behalf and it will educate the employees to learn about the latest upgrades in the technology, as it is highly beneficial for them to apply it in the work process to make the organization growing and sustain longer.

2nd part:

The employees who hesitate to adapt themselves with the latest training conducted by the organization are required to make them understand about the need of the organization. They must be informed that their skills are not enough to meet the organizational latest working standards. The client’s demands are required to inform them that they are dealing with the latest standard of technology which our organization can fulfill it very easily if a supportable hand is forwarded by them in learning the latest technological aspect of training to build a framework of the better working process.

3rd part:

Effective and positive approaches:

1. The employees are necessary to be acknowledged that the new aspects of technology training will uplift their knowledge to work with the latest standard.

2. The organization can take multiple projects from the different clients, and if the employees are familiar with the latest technology then the clients can be served better.

3. For meeting the organization goals training is mandatory otherwise employees cannot give good performances in the work by meeting the client’s requirements and this may lead to loss of reputation in the market, also the organization cannot sustain longer and growth will reduce that is not desirable.
