Adopting change is the constant factor in the business, the business model which has been planned by Starbucks is quite effective to sustain in the competitive market. Apart from the existing strategies, some new strategies are developing to innovate the process of business effectively. A customer consuming Starbucks products gets the scope to socialize them with the free wireless internet access; it has also a wide range of menus in the product chart with an exciting decorum which is a premium experience for a customer to visit again and again. It has changed a lot in the business model as with the new way to customer interactions are highly inspiring, as to get the free access to the internet they usually come and have a cup of coffee with several items also. They get the chance to enjoy music, media browsing, study, and perform their self-work. Starbucks is leading a growing business only because of their focused strategic planning and leading all the external and internal impacts successfully in the organization.  

Starbucks main business model is to provide the comfort to its customers by enriching their experiences. They focused more on planning that has influenced their business model to high-rise its popularity in the market. Each Starbucks outlets are available in such a location that soothes the customer in having a great time. Unlike other big brands, Starbucks charges a reasonable price that mostly appeals all range of customer’s to unite with it. This becomes quite encouraging for Starbucks to lead and form a business correctly.

Another factor to maintain and change their business model is the employee benefits that they provide are rarely provided by others. The care for employees leads to open many new opportunities, as they work effectively to bring the innovation in the work standard that supports the organization to achieve goals and lead the effective standard of the business model. The environment always looks for an innovation to implement something every day to excel the work structure, therefore Starbucks strategic planning and the leading workforce has made the environment completely changed by following the new strategic process in the work standard.
