Social distancing has very much relevance during coronavirus pandemic.Due to covid 19 outbreak,we can choose an alternative method in workplace;it is work from home.Most of the firms are providing tasks to teams and closely observing work progress through virtual mode.Through proper planning we can make quarantine days useful.In training and development,firms using the following methods to utilize covid 19 days useful.They are:

  • Work from home is encouraged.
  • Only travel to work when work from home is not possible.
  • Try to maintain 2 metres distance from all(social distancing)
