In the modern era of civilization, it is rather unfortunate that the technology is replacing the Men to the extent that we have started regarding the Artificial Intelligence more than that of the Human wisdom. The feelings of sympathy, empathy, compassion, are humane and are supposed to be considered while treating the Staff well, in order to ensure a climate of trust and belongingness. However, with rampant utilization of staffing technology and software, there has been a paradigm shift from understand the staff to simply technically evaluating a staff in terms of the performance. The issue basically is that the staffing technology fails to distinguish between any employee in the Organization. Certain special circumstances, if influencing the staff, is hence overridden by the usage of the same. Therefore, there is ultimately a loss of human touch in the entire process, while simply mechanical assessment of the Humans who are treated more as the pieces of data that is stored on to the computers, is taking place. With the lack of interpersonal approach in the system, the entire Organization staffing follows just a typical assembly-line structure. Therefore, very extensive use of staffing technology and software, could in turn act as a deterrence, if not used judiciously to create a positive ambience in the Organization.

It has been suggested that genetic correlation between the expressions of a trait in the two sexes is responsible for some apparently non-adaptive traits, such as nipples in men and the muted presence in many female birds of the bright colors used by males in their displays. Suggest ways of testing this hypothesis. What other traits might have evolved because they are genetically correlated with adaptive traits, rather than being adaptive themselves?
