Notochord : chordates is possess the notochord and it present at dorsal side between alimentary canal and nerves system. It play major role in nerves system and also help to skeletal system to make specific structure of chordates.
Central Nerves System : Chordates has a Central nerves system it is hollow and dorsal .CNS is differenciated into anterior broader and posterior side Spinal cord. It help to reciving signals from other organ and transport signals to Brains.
Gill Slit : in chordates it present on lateral side of the pharynx. It help to process of respiration in chordates.
Tail : in chordates it is post cloacal part of the body and it help to several kinds of movement.
Cordates is also has another characteristics like bilateral symmetry,triploblastic nature,organ system ,endoskeleton ,closed circulation etc.
