Has an unwillingness to recognise that an important part of the British unemployment problem since the 1920’s been structural led to mistaken policy prescriptions?
Face the case of 1920 British post-war unemployment
period.
During that period the UK unemployment increased over 10% and it
remain hi until the period of Second World War.
The period was very depressing because government failed to
implement any policies related to upliftment of the drastic
situation.
It was decreased due to the slew rate of industrialisation at that
period and the indulge of British army in war zones.
Stock market crashed and tide to the gold standard the British
economy paste a drastic situation of deflation and growth
stagnancy.
Failed of government policies also responsible for this deflation
and that’s why all the policies are not applicable in any program
related to development and providing employment
opportunities.
The poor implementation of government policies played a major role
which decreased the level of productive activities and development
policies and strategies.
